Latest Enigma Shop News A few months ago we ran a poll to ask our customers to see which products they wanted to see more of. The poll said you wanted more RF power transistors in the product range. Well, after searching the marketplace to find the best deals we could, we have updated the RF power transistor page with lots of new lines. The current new technology in this area is from NXP and Freescale, who have developed new mosfets with very high power, high gain and enhanced ruggedness such as the BLF574 and MRF6VP2600H. Powers upto 1KW are now possible in very small amplifiers, only a few inches square. Have a look at our new product range here, and please email us with any comments or improvements you'd like to see. A word about fake parts:- At Enigma Shop, we
don't sell fake parts. If the description says NXP or Motorola, it will
be a genuine part. There is a lot of concern about the number of fake
parts coming from China, and we're fully aware of this. Some are easier
to spot than others, but we very carefully source our parts to ensure
they're genuine. If you receive a part that you think is counterfeit,
just return it too us for a full refund (as long as it hasn't been
soldered in circuit). Recently we managed to locate the NXP
BLF278 and BLF177 at a very good price and have been able to pass this
onto our customers. These are 100% genuine NXP devices. We think we're
the cheapest on the net- shop around and have a look! These parts only
had limited availability, so when they're gone, they're gone!
